About Stonehenge of South Jordan
Stonehenge of South Jordan, formerly Compass Rehabilitation joined the Stonehenge family in September 2015. It is licensed as a skilled nursing facility and can accept Medicare or Medicare participating insurances. South Jordan originally opened in June 2011. Stonehenge of South Jordan provides a wide range of high quality services, plans, rehabilitation and amenities. We adhere to the Stonehenge philosophy of caring for our patients by the “golden rule”, treating others how you want to be treated. We are a place of healing.
